Come to the Ceilidh for a good time!

Friday, June 25th from 5 pm to 10 pm
at the Cobourg Highland Games Festival
Donegan Park, Cobourg

The Gaelic word “ceilidh” simply means an informal social get-together. In bygone days neighbours would gather around the warmth of a peat fire in a thatched cottage and spend long winter nights in story and song. The ceilidh was entertainment and much more.

This year, you'll be gloriously entertained by the multi instramental Celtic fusion of Steafan Hannigan and
Saskia Tomkins. Come for a listen.

Rev. Kevin Fast will also have a Strongman Competition featuring the log press, farmers walk and car lift. 

Hayden Taylor will also be on hand for refreshments.

Please come to our ceilidh and have a merry time of food, fun, dancing and Scottish entertainment. We'll have a welcome mat out for you!
